Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can change your plan in the settings section of the application.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by Apple App Store, your Apple ID's payment method is sufficient for making a purchase.

Can I make Whatsapp Calls with the VPN?

Yes you can. The VPN is supported in all countries, including UAE.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription on iPhone, iPad and Mac by following next steps:

1. Firstly you need to open the Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
2. Right after that click on your name.
3. Then you need to tap Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Lastly press Cancel Subscription.

How to connect an iPhone subscription to Mac?

In order to do so, you can set up syncing between your Mac and iPhone:

1. Connect your iPhone to your Mac with a cable.
2. Tap the Finder sidebar on your Mac, and select your iPhone.
3. Right at the top of the window, you need to select the type of content you want to synchronize.
4. After that select “Sync [content type] onto [device name].

How many devices can I connect in one subscription?

You can connect up to 3 devices in one subscription (including Android). If you are experiencing any problems with doing so, please contact our support team.

Is there a windows application (extension)?

Hello VPN currently does not support windows extension, but our team is working on it.

What is the difference between weekly and monthly subscription?

For weekly subscription you pay amount per each week, for monthly subscription you may amount per month. Please note that monthly subscription is more cost friendly.

How can I get a refund?

You can request a refund for apps you purchased on App Store

• Firstly Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
• After that click “I’d like to,” then select the “Request a refund” option.
• Select the reason why you want a refund, then press Next.
• Select the app, subscription, or other item you want to get a refund for, then choose Submit.
